*Cindy Todd-Office Manager: Cindy has over 18 years experience with State Farm. Cindy is the youngest of 11 and has 3 kids of her own and has been married to Mark for 45 years. Cindy manages our claims response and specialty vehicles. She is our technology professional. She also helps families with Life, health, home insurance and car insurance.

*Zack Rasmussen-Customer Service Representative with more than 2 years experience. Zack is a former Springfield Senator and is a graduate of Southern Illinois University- Edwardsville. He is licensed in property, casualty, life and health. Zack assists with billing questions, claims assistance, marketing and various needs of our customers. Zack's focus is with helping new homeowners with their insurance. Zack is great with helping those new to the area. He enjoys basketball, sports, and the UFC.

Brett Callarmen-Customer Service Representative-Brett grew up in Athens IL and graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. He is licensed in all 4 lines of property, casualty, life and health . Brett works with our new customers for their home, car and commercial lines. He grew up racing on dirt tracks and is a very big fan of professional football.
