"I have been insured by Mike's office for years now. On Wednesday, May 1st, 2019, our basement flooded due to the drains backing up. I was able to talk directly with Mike about the claim, and he guided us through the process. On top of that, our adjusters, both the inside and field adjuster, were incredibly kind and helpful!! We had a service company out to inspect the damage on Thursday, May 2nd. Even with this date being classified as a "catastrophe" due to the number of claims, we were able to have the field adjuster out by Sunday, May 5th. They had THOUSANDS of claims, but were able to bring in State Farm adjusters from all over the country to help make sure people didn't have to wait. Our adjuster came all the way from Florida! While there, the adjuster went through everything in detail. He gave us a detailed list of all work that would need done, an exact draft of the entire basement, and provided us with the total insurance payment we would receive. We are expecting the check today. We could not be more thrilled with how well this claim was handled! I would also like to send a big thanks to my Agent, Mike, and his team! #statefarmforlife"
